Santiago Alsina is Managing Partner of TAYSA Capital Partners. He has more than 30 years of investment banking experience, having executed more than 120 M&A, Debt Restructuring and Capital Raising transactions for an aggregate amount of more than US$ 37 Bn in 16 countries.

Mr. Alsina was the former Managing Director, Head of Power, Energy & Infrastructure Group in Latin America excluding Brazil and Mexico and Head of Argentina at Lazard. He has executed transactions and provided financial advisory services in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, USA, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, Venezuela, Panama, Trinidad & Tobago, Costa Rica, Guatemala and El Salvador.

Throughout his career, Mr. Alsina has participated in many of the most relevant transactions in Latin America and has advised global blue-chip clients including Equinor, Stellantis, Engie, Total, Sempra Energy, LG International, AIMCo, Shell, Glencore, China Southern Power Grid, Ecopetrol, YPF, Statkraft, Redes Energéticas Nacionais, Telefónica de España, Peugeot, PAE, Corporación America & CGC, the Government of Colombia, the Government of Panama, EPM, Energía de Bogotá, among many others.

Mr. Alsina joined Lazard in 1999 and was promoted to Director of Corporate Finance in 2005 and Managing director in 2010. Prior to joining Lazard, he was an Associate at Salomon Smith Barney (NYC), and Manager of Financial Advisory at Coopers & Lybrand.

Ms. Earnshaw was the former Director of Lazard’s Power, Energy & Infrastructure Group in Latin America excluding Brazil and Mexico. She participated in transactions in the Power, Energy & Infrastructure (PEI), Financial Institutions (FIG), and Telecom & Technology (TMT) industries throughout Latin America, working frequently with clients and counterparties from the US, Europe and Asia.

Throughout her career, Ms. Earnshaw has participated in some of the most relevant transactions in Latin America, advising global blue-chip clients including Equinor & Scatec, Stellantis, Engie, Sempra Energy, Corporacion America, the Colombian Government, YPF, Redes Energeticas Nacionais, Total, EPM, Scotiabank, Santander, Suramericana, Banco Reformador, Grupo Financiero Galicia, among many others.

Before joining Lazard’s Financial Advisory team in 2012, Ms. Earnshaw worked in Equity Research for 2 years at Lazard covering telecom and financial companies in Argentina for Lazard Argentina and Lazard Capital Markets (New York) clients. Before Lazard in 2010, she worked for 4 years at Crisil Irevna, part of the Standard & Poor’s group, working with Bank of America-Merrill Lynch’s global head of telecom equity research.
